I went into canceling fully expecting some hidden maze, like they’d buried the button three layers deep on purpose or had some script ready to keep me trapped. But weirdly enough, I found the option fast, followed the steps, and got the confirmation almost right away.
No long phone call, no “are you sure?” interrogation, no strange back-and-forth that makes you wonder what’s really going on behind the curtain. It just worked like it was supposed to, which felt almost too clean, but I’ll take it.

My first take was that the account stuff was going to be a hassle, but it was actually straightforward. "Terms were Easy to understand"
I gave it 4 stars because the terms on freeshipping.com were easy to follow. I was able to find the important stuff about charges and how to cancel without having to dig around forever. A few sections were kinda Long and boring, but they weren’t really confusing. It’d just be nicer if they made it a bit shorter

I noticed this random charge pop up and immediately was like, wait, what is this? Definitely got a little annoyed because I wasn’t expecting it at all. I reached out to support, figuring it might turn into a whole thing, but they got back to me, explained what happened, and fixed it quickly. So yeah, started off frustrating, but it ended up being totally fine. No huge drama, just a weird little hiccup that they handled well.

I’ve used FreeShipping a few times now, and the discounts were better than I expected. I kind of blame whoever runs this for making me check it before I buy anything online now.
A lot of coupon sites are full of codes that either expired forever ago or just don’t work, but most of the ones I tried here actually went through. I saved a decent amount on some clothes and also on a small order from a store I already shop at.
It’s not perfect every single time, but it’s been useful enough that I keep coming back. Easy to use, and I’d give it 5 stars
